To cancel your policy within this time please submit a request that includes:

  • Your policy number
  • Confirmation that you haven’t commenced your trip
  • Confirmation that you have not and will not make any claims
  • Your reason for cancelling your policy

Once approved, refunds can take several days to appear in your credit card statement.

You may still cancel your policy after 14 days, but refund of the policy premium is at the discretion of the insurer and may incur an administration fee.
